Friday 11th June 2021 – The winners of the 2021 TIARA US Talent Solutions Awards were revealed in a virtual ceremony attended by CEOs, Marketing Directors and senior leaders of the US’s leading RPO and MSP companies.
“All of the finalists shortlisted for the inaugural TIARA US Talent Solutions Awards are an inspiration to the talent solutions sector, with an amazing range of both established businesses and more recent market entrants managing multiple billions of client spend, hiring hundreds of thousands of people each year and employing over 15,000 people in their own right,” said Ken Brotherston, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners. “The quality of entries across the board was very high, with the winners’ entries being nothing less than outstanding. The judging process was designed around the varied and complex demands of employers based on key performance metrics, case studies and testimonials. The 2021 judging panel brought together some of the leading practitioners in talent acquisition from organizations such as GE Healthcare, PepsiCo, Omnicom Health Group and LinkedIn.
This year the pandemic has accelerated the need for business transformation and emphasised the value of talent solutions. Whether this is helping to improve hiring effectiveness, enhancing employer brand, transforming candidate experience, enabling better compliance, supporting diversity and inclusion, improving learning and development, facilitating better onboarding or internal re-deployment or a whole host of other interventions, their work has an impact across the entire spectrum of talent activities.
